KARACHI: Two more matches were decided in AKG Premier League Season 2 Cricket Tournament. The tournament is being organised by Aga Khan Gymkhana.
In the 5th match, Storm Warriors beat United Friends by 7 wickets while in the 6th Match Aziz Damani defeated Super Kings by 5 wickets. United Friends scored 127 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Captain Murtaza Majid made 41 runs off 39 balls, including 2 fours. Syed Ahsan ullah added 22 runs, and Mohammad Ali contributed 20 runs.
Mohammad Shoaib, Rahim Ali and Shayan Ali took 2 wickets each. Storm Warriors achieved the target of 128 runs in 18.4 overs, losing 3 wickets. Man of the match Naseeb Noor Ali played a match-winning knock of 60 not out off 55 balls, hitting 6 fours, while Amir Hayat scored 44 runs off 46 balls, including 2 fours and 2 sixes. Syed Ahsan ullah took 2 wickets.
