Former India captain and CSK legend MS Dhoni was surely enjoying the festivities at Rishabh Pant’s sister’s wedding as he was spotted dancing along with the Indian wicketkeeper and Suresh Raina. In a video that has gone viral on social media, Dhoni was seen dancing his heart out at the marriage.
Pant’s sister’s wedding functions are taking place in Mussoorie and Dhoni and his family travelled to Dehradun on March 11. Pant, who was part of the Champions Trophy squad, reached for the festivities on Monday morning. Dhoni shares a close bond with Pant and his family and one of the main guests for the wedding. In the video that has gone viral on social media Dhoni can be seen dancing with his former teammate Suresh Raina and Pant.
There are reports suggesting that Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma could also attend the wedding ceremony in the coming days.

Dhoni and Pant will gear up for IPL 2025
Dhoni and Pant will be back on the field during the IPL 2025 campaign. Dhoni will once again don the famous yellow jersey of Chennai Super Kings and had attended CSK’s training camp before heading to Pant’s sister’s wedding. This will be Dhoni’s 18th IPL campaign.
Pant, on the other hand, will be playing for a new franchise in the form of Lucknow Super Giants. LSG made Pant the costliest player in the history of the IPL during the 2025 mega auction. He will also be the captain of Lucknow in the upcoming season and will be facing his former side Delhi in his first game for LSG.
Pant and Dhoni will go head-to-head only once during the IPL 2025 season. The match will take place at the Ekana stadium on April 14.
