ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. — Emergency crews were called to the scene after a garbage truck caught fire in the northwest suburbs on Friday evening.
The truck caught fire near the intersection of North Dryden Avenue and Euclid Avenue in Arlington Heights, sparking a large response from fire crews.
SkyCam 9 was over the scene around 5 p.m. when a ladder truck could be seen spraying water on the badly damaged truck.
Currently, it is unclear what sparked the blaze or if anyone was injured.
