Frankie Grande’s has given us a taste of his upcoming debut album with his new single “Boys” – and he’s enlisted the help of a RuPaul’s Drag Race star for the racy music video.
“Boys” will feature on the upcoming debut album from Grande, entitled Hotel Rock Bottom. The album is set for release on 27 June.
The “Boys” video sees Frankie – the out gay brother of pop icon Ariana Grande – enter the bar area of a sauna and enquire about the steam room. The good news is, it’s open!
But Drag Race‘s Salina EsTitties warns, “no funny business this time or we’re going to have to close it again.”

Leading an enamoured man away, played by trans model and actor Laith Ashley, and cluthing a giant PrEP pill, Frankie promises no such “funny business”.
Cut to the steam room and a mass of scantily clad men surround Frankie who delights in his options. He then sings, “Boys wanna have a little fun.”
Things increasingly steam up in this gay male answer to “Girls Just Want To Have Fun”. Frankie and the boys dance, sweat, and eventually strip down to bikini briefs as the temperature rises.
EsTitties makes a return at the end to find she’s totally missed the party and has been left with the unenviable task of cleaning up. Sucks to be her!
Frankie says “Boys” is his “unapologetically queer twist on a pop classic – because boys just wanna get some! I wrote it about a magical trip to Fire Island for Pride where I felt totally free, fierce, and fabulous.
“This track is a ‘gay Pride’ summer anthem for anyone who’s ever danced all night, kissed under the stars, and lived their truth out loud!”
The music video, produced in partnership with the LGBTQ+ sexual health platform MISTR and directed by MISTR’s creative director, Philip Henry, is full of energy, powerhouse choreography, and plenty of ‘Boys’.
“Boys” follows on from the previously release “Rhythm of Love”.
The album, Hotel Rock Bottom, is available from 27 June and can be pre-ordered here.
