Work is currently underway to prepare the new Nobody’s Child store in East Street.
The unit was formerly home to Gap Kids.
Speaking to Drapers, chief executive of Nobody’s Child Jody Plows said the store is set to open on May 22.
Speaking to the fashion publication, she said: “Brighton seems like the perfect place.
“Our London stores have performed really well, and we’re really excited about going out of London.”
Signs on the front of the building are advertising for supervisor roles and full and part time sales assistants.
