Plans submitted for new housing development in North Yorkshire town

The application by Keyland Developments Ltd is for land off Whitby Road in Pickering.

The plans submitted are for the erection of up to 150 dwellings, with associated works including access, drainage attenuation and public open space.

Keyland Developments Ltd (Keyland), is the property trading arm of Kelda Group and sister company to Yorkshire Water.

The application has been submitted to North Yorkshire Council and will be decided a committee level.
