The incident happened at around 7:45am on the A689 between two vehicles, a VW Polo and a Vauxhall Corsa.
Thankfully, nobody was injured in the crash.
A Durham Police spokesperson said: “We were called to reports of a two-vehicle road traffic collision involving a VW Polo and Vauxhall Corsa at around 7.45am this morning on the A689 at Bradbury Services.
“No one is believed to be injured but traffic flow was affected meaning journeys could take longer.”
