But with Liam and Noel preparing to perform together for the first time in what feels like forever (for most), you might be wondering when they last took to the stage as a band.
Many might recall that famous summer’s day when the siblings ended their set after belting out hits including Morning Glory and Half The World Away, with no idea about what was to come – one of the most history-making celebrity “fall outs” in decades.

Their final performance 16 years ago was at V Festival in Staffordshire – were you there?
It was just one date on the band’s huge Dig Out Your Soul tour, which had been making its way around the world for a year, according to Radio X.
In case you fancy a trip down memory lane before Oasis Live 25 begins, this was Oasis’ setlist for their iconic V Festival performance all those years ago:
- Intro – F**kin’ In The Bushes

- Waiting For The Rapture
- The Masterplan

- My Big Mouth
- Half The World Away
- I’m Outta Time

But little did Oasis fans know that this would be the final time they would see Liam and Noel in action together for more than a decade.
When did Oasis break up?
Following rumoured tensions between the brothers, Oasis officially announced their split days after their V Festival show on August 28, 2009, as reported by Radio X.
It came after Liam and Noel cancelled their scheduled appearance at the Rock En Seine festival in Paris.

“People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer.”
