The property is located on gated private land behind the Blak Bear barbershop and Expressions vintage clothes shop off Walmgate.
It comes with a management fee of £450 per year which includes maintenance and insurance.

And the owner would also have to pay £360 a year in ground rent for the space, which is hemmed in on two sides by a brick wall and right next to an alley.
The parking space was for sale in ‘associated with’ a ‘stylish ground floor apartment’.
But Savills, who were marketing the property, said the parking space was available for purchase separately.
