Mr Rigby’s family paid tribute to him, remembering a “music-loving” and “active” man who was a “devoted husband and father”.
They said: “Jon had recently moved to Anglesey to live out his dreams with his loving wife but tragically, this is now no longer a possibility.
“As a family, we now need time to grieve the man we have lost and the future we will no longer be able to have.
“We would all like to pass on our sincere thanks to all the first responders, off-duty doctors and nurses and by-standers who provided medical assistance in such a difficult situation.
“We would also like to pass on our thanks to North Wales Police for all their assistance.”
