Roxxxy Andrews is done with Drag Race – and All Stars (WOW)
RuPaul’s Drag Race fan favourite Roxxxy Andrews has confirmed that she will ‘never’ compete on another All Stars, saying her ‘time as a contestant is over’.
The world was first introduced to one Roxxxy Andrews in the fifth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race‘s flagship franchise in 2013, where she pumped the runway all the way to the top three, and just missed out on the crown to Jinkx Monsoon.
She then came back for All Stars 2 in 2016, again making the finale but not snatching the crown – and again, in 2024’s All Stars 9, where she lost out to Angeria Paris VanMicheals.
Though Roxxxy is one queen undoubtedly deserving of a RuPaul’s Drag Race crown, it seems that three trips to the Drag Race Werk Room is enough for the Florida baddie, according to a recent post on X (22 June).
Replying to a fan who asked, “can you come back for [All Stars]? You are drag,” Roxxxy replied in the firm negative.
“Never…. I’m forever grateful for every moment on the show and everything i got! I got the BEST FANS!”
She added: “I loved making television!!! But my time as a contestant is over…”

Roxxxy’s placement as a runner up on the charity-based All Stars 9 prompted dissent among fans of the show and fellow Drag Race sisters alike, despite Angeria being more than a worthy winner.
Detox, who competed alongside Roxxxy on both season 5 and All Stars 2, even said that Roxxxy not winning AS9 was enough to rule out a future appearance for her, too.
“NOOOOOOOOOOPE,” Detox wrote on X, adding: “The itch is gone. Playin’ in my girl [Roxxxy]’s face.”
Ginger Minj is currently competing on her fourth season of RuPaul’s Drag Race and third All Stars on the newly-formatted AS10, so a four-time return isn’t out of the question.
Jujubee, (season 2, All Stars 1, 5 and UK vs. the World 1), Alexis Mateo (season 3, All Stars 1, 5 and Canada vs. the World 2) and Eureka! (season 9, 10, All Stars 6 and Canada vs. the World 2) have all also competed on four separate seasons of the show.
RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 10 continues on Fridays on Paramount+ in the US and WOW Presents Plus internationally.
