Russia Hits Energy Facility Hours After Putin’s Pledge To Halt Strikes
Ukraine accused Russia of hitting its energy infrastructure on March 18, hours after Russian President Vladimir Putin had agreed to halt such attacks in a phone call with US President Donald Trump. Two hospitals in Ukraine’s Sumy region, one with a children’s ward, were also hit.
