This White Lotus character’s DMs have been flooded by the gays (HBO)
White Lotus heartthrob Arnas Fedaravičius has revealed that a lot of thirsty gays have flooded his DMs following his shirtless scenes on season three.
As the inimitable Jennifer Coolidge once said, “These gays… they’re trying to murder me”. Or, as Arnas Fedaravičius might say, “They’re trying to DM me, and succeeding.”
Fedaravičius has appeared in the third season of the Mike White-created satire as the hunky, often shirtless, kind-of-shady-but-we-don’t-care-because-he’s-so-hot yoga instructor Valentin at the Thailand’s White Lotus resort.
Valentin has been involved with the trio of bitchy blonde women staying at the resort, Laurie (Carrie Coon), Jaclyn (Michelle Monaghan) and Kate (Leslie Bibb), even flirting pretty seriously with Laurie before ending up in bed with Jaclyn.
And if one thing is true, it’s this; where there’s a hot semi-naked man, there are thirsty gays. Fedaravičius has found that out firsthand, given the amount of homosexuals in his direct messages presumably asking for a massage of sorts.
Speaking to Club Ciné, he said, “I’ve been receiving so much gay love.
“My DMs are full. I saw someone on Instagram do a smash or pass with five of us [actors]: Walton Goggins, Jason Isaacs, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tayme Thapthimthong and myself.”
Though the gays were somewhat sated when it came to hot men doing questionable things this season by a hand job between brothers Lochlan (Sam Nivola) and Saxon (Schwarzenegger), Fedaravičius was an unexpected newcomer in the battle for heart throb status.

In a separate chat to Fault Magazine, he said that he finds the attention “funny” – and that his outfit in his opening scene (which involved very little fabric) was a “last-minute” addition.
“The costume for my opening scene (above) wasn’t even planned — it was added last-minute, and I immediately saw what they were going for,” he recalled.
“I’ve experienced that kind of attention in my life before, not in a negative way, but it’s amusing. It’s part of the character, and you just roll with it. I’ve been receiving a lot of interesting messages since the show aired. Some are funny, some are flattering, and some are… a bit much.
“But at the end of the day, I take it all with a sense of humour. I understand that it’s part of the industry, and as long as it stays respectful, I don’t mind embracing that aspect of Valentin’s character.”
The season finale of The White Lotus has more than a few plots to wrap up; Aimee Lou Wood’s Chelsea is waiting for her third instalment of snake-related bad luck (“it comes in threes”), while her boyfriend Rick (Walton Goggins) searches for his father’s killer, and Saxon and Lochlan’s fraternal fiddle may or may not culminate in a “satisfying” ending.
Elsewhere, Ratliff patriarch Timothy (Jason Isaacs) has been toying with taking himself to the White Lotus in the sky all season and the bitchy blonde trio’s friendship looks ready to snap – finally.
The White Lotus continues on HBO on Sundays in the US and Sky Atlantic and NOW on Mondays in the UK.
